Mediation is such a great way to relax and take it easy. Your gonna feel centered, re-energized and just happy being YOU!
There's tones of different ways to meditate, go with the one that's works best for you. You can just sit in a calm quite room, start to relax all of your body, from your feet all the way up to the crown of your head. Breath in threw your nose and out with your mouth. Listen and observe your breath. It can be a bit hard a first so if you want to just slowly count from 100 to 0. If some thoughts come up, it's OK, just guide your attention back to counting. When you reach 0, start again from 30. Relax. Focus on your breath. 0. Then again from 30-0. Your mind should be really peaceful and empty by now. Just sit in the peace you've created.
