

I've gone green. I'm on a raw food diet, well partly anyway, and it feels grrrreat. Been adding more and more fresh uncooked veggies to my diet, I eat one raw meal a day now.
About two weeks ago I just stumbled over this lifestyle when my bf said he wanted to start eating more healthy. Vegetables is something I've always been passionate about, always been pretty healthy, but I've just taken it to the next level. Did you know, that when you cook your veggies, most of all the vitamins and enzymes, witch is the life force in the food, get ruined. By eating them raw YOU get all that good stuff. People that been on it fore a while, say they feel fresher, healthier and look way younger. My girlfriend says she gets carded again!
And honestly it doesn't have to be that hard. Just make a huge salad and dig in. If you feel like trying something else go to This Website and get inspired.
I also have to recommend making Green smoothies. You get tones of vegetables and fruit in an very easy and yummy way. I mix ginger, banana, water, spinach, some frozen blueberries and ice. It's tastes really good. Here's two YouTube videos I found and liked.
